I hear if a criminal takes refuge here, he shall be safe till the authorities pick him. Unconfirmed though but good to know. I will call it the safe house of Owerri, a place where everyone is equal irrespective of politics and religion. This is definitely the only place in Nigeria where you are allowed to express yourself without obstruction.
